Mr. Lacour oversees Aurora's Santerre portfolio of roughly 300 senior housing facilities, SNFs, medical office buildings, and hospitals across the U.S. and UK. With over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Frederico has a proven track record in the healthcare real estate space, and has closed $2.7 billion in real estate transactions with top REITs, private equity funds and investment banks. After beginning his career as an investment banker at Deutsch Bank, Barclays Capital, and Aladdin Capital, Federico was a Managing Director at Fosun Group and a Vice President of WellTower's (NYSE:WELL) Investments and M&A group. He has served as an executive and board member for a number of other healthcare and real estate companies.  

 

Mr. Lacour graduated from the Institute of Technology of Buenos Aires with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and earned his M.B.A in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
